United Vision Security Systems (UVSS) is pleased to provide the following response to provide a security monitoring system involving the design and implementation of an “Extreme CCTV Long Range Camera” system.
The UVSS team has identified the required security and monitoring systems and proposed an Eagle Vision Long-range dual-camera system that is fully compliant with the
specifications detailed in the RFI.
We will provide, install, and test a video surveillance system for the customer that will continuously monitor the desired locations and the potential areas up to a distance of 10-15 km on all sides.
The UVSS response is focused on the specifications in the RFI and is further expanded to include as a reference, the similar project we successfully installed in Mexico for the Mexican Navy to monitor the country ports and linked all cameras via fiber optics to the main control room in Mexico city,

Section 1: Contracting Articles
The UVSS response includes the following contract articles:
1. Deliveries of all fully integrated systems will be made directly to the customer according to a timeline that will be approved by the Government.
2. An inspection procedure will be instituted and provided to the Government upon contract award. The inspection procedures will make maximum use of actual hardware operating against virtual or modified targets, including threat vehicles, ships, and personnel.
3. A Preliminary Design Review (PDR) will be provided within one week after the contract award. A
Critical Design Review (CDR) will be provided two weeks later, or within one month after the contract award.
4. The entire system is guaranteed for a period of 12 months after final acceptance by the Government.
5. Payment terms: will be negotiated prior to contract award with Local partner company.
6. All taxes and duties outside the customer country will be paid by the UVS team. Taxes, duties
and other similar charges inside the customer country will be paid by the Contractor.
Section 2: System Demonstration
The UVSS team will provide the detailed Scope of Work (SOW) with a Video demo of the recent installation from a Mexico Navy site. The SOW will demonstrate the complete system including observation points, one operating room, and the main operating room.
Section 3: System Installation
The UVSS team will provide, at no additional cost to the client, equipment installation and testing that will conclusively demonstrate the full effectiveness of the system. All installed systems will be guaranteed to meet the international standards. Furthermore, we will provide all operational manuals and related documentations.

Section 4: Training and Spare Parts
UVSS will provide advanced training of the camera systems, server administration, and all communications networks. Training will also be provided that presents the systems design assembly, integration, and test and maintenance capabilities. Furthermore, our response includes a full logistics support team that will ensure the rapid availability of required spare parts. Our system performance goal is to provide support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

VOLUME III: Maintenance and Technical Support
Maintenance Planning – UVSS and/or partner will:
o Define the actions and support as necessary to ensure that the system attains the
specified system readiness objective within the minimum Life Cycle Cost.
o Set up specific criteria for repair, including Built-In Test Equipment (BITE) requirements,
testability, reliability, and maintainability; support equipment requirements; automatic test
equipment); and manpower skills and facility requirements.
o State-specific maintenance tasks, to be performed on the system.
o Define actions and support required for fielding
o Address warranty considerations.
Supply Support – UVSS and/or partner will provide
:o Acquire support items and spare parts.
o Catalog the items.
o Receive the items.
o Store and warehouse the items.
o Transfer the items to where they are needed.
o Dispose of secondary items.
o Provide for initial support of the system.
o Acquire, distribute, and replenish inventory.

Training – UVSS and/or partner will provide:
o Training on operation of camera system and CCTV software
o Training on periodical maintenance and trouble shooting, which includes all equipment and
tools required to assemble, disassemble, test, maintain, and support the camera system.
